MEASUREMENT ROBOT
We developed this small NC lathe in-house and gave it a real-time correction control system.
The equipped CCD camera measures the distance between the blade and the workpiece to calculate the required cutting depth and communicate that to the system.
PRECISION MACHINING
M.TECH specializes in the precision machining of small parts using NC lathes.
We can machine parts from Φ1.0 to 32.0mm with lengths up to 300mm.
The materials we handle include carbon steel, free-cutting steel, stainless steel, brass, copper alloys, aluminum, and titanium and in particular we can machine stainless steel SUS303 with the high accuracy of a tolerance range of 5㎛ for both inside and outside diameters, circularity of 2㎛, and coaxiality of 5㎛.
Currently we use 64 titanium materials in the manufacture of bone screws and implants.

This minimally invasive, more rigid pediculus arcus vertebrae screw fixation allows patients to walk out when discharged for the hospital after receiving the surgery.
This unique product includes an automatic testing apparatus, automatic supply unit, infection prevention supplies (disinfection stand, plastic panel, etc.), and minimally invasive spinal device (approval pending).
